​Chickens

A chicken is a type of bird that's often raised for its eggs and meat. Chickens come in various colors and breeds, and they're known for clucking and scratching around in the dirt.

Fun fact: Chickens are quite intelligent! They can recognize different faces, learn simple tasks, and even display a range of emotions. 

Ducks

A duck is a waterfowl with a flat bill, webbed feet, and a waterproof coat of feathers. They're excellent swimmers and can often be found paddling around in ponds, lakes, or rivers. Ducks come in many species and sizes, with some being migratory and others domesticated.

Fun fact: Ducks have an oil gland near their tail that produces waterproof oil. They spread this oil over their feathers using their beak to keep themselves dry while swimming.
